Design features of the Cargo Air flightcase

Heavy-duty aluminium frame construction with impact-resistant metal corners

The very sturdy profiles in natural aluminium with triple riveted, stackable metal corners are suitable for higher loads. Optionally also available with metal ball corners.

Individually printable Surf surface in 4 colours & surface PP-honeycomb

The Surf surface made of robust birch plywood is water-repellent and scratch-resistant. Available in four standard colours, optionally in other special colours, with partial or full-surface printing.

Resistant and resilient locks and hinges

The recessed butterfly locks, designed for high loads, provide reliable protection for your products. The case hinges hold the open lid at a 100° angle.

Recessed butterfly handles and sturdy telescopic handle

The recessed butterfly handles are suitable for heavy loads. Case can be stored to save space. Also available as a trolley with sturdy telescopic handle and 2 corner wheels. Also available with heavy-duty metal wheels.

Minimum order quantity 5 pieces

Cargo Air cases and trolleys can be ordered in quantities of 5 or more. A sample case can be offset against the total order.

Variety thanks to the combination of 3 standard surfaces and 2 profile colours

The Surf case surface in 3 standard colours is particularly impressive due to its robustness. Numerous other special RAL colours are available on request. The profiles are available in either natural aluminium or matt black. Select your desired colour here.

Our three case surfaces for Cargo Air: Surf, Phenol and PP-honeycomb

The classic Surf case surface
The Surf surface is particularly characterised by its robustness, which is why it is primarily used for cargo cases. In addition to the three standard colours, the Surf surface is also available in numerous special RAL colours.

The water-repellent case surface phenol
The phenol surface is water-repellent and particularly robust, break-resistant and scratch-resistant.

The lightweight PP-honeycomb case surface
The PP honeycomb surface made of polypropylene hollow chamber panels is extremely light (up to 60% lighter than birch wood) and yet very stable.

Take advantage of our versatile options for printing your case - as a logo print or full-surface print motif.

A logo print or a full-surface advertising motif makes your case attractive from afar and focusses your customers on your company.

Whether screen printing, pad printing or digital printing - we at Faisst offer you the ideal printing process for your desired motif. For example, your company logo can be printed directly onto the surface of the case using screen or digital printing. Modern digital printing for full-surface printing on surfaces opens up new design possibilities.

The Phenol case surface is not printable due to its water-repellent properties.

Cargo Air flightcases are optionally available as a trolley

The tried and tested 2-way telescopic handle from Faisst combined with the functional corner castors make your suitcase a handy piece of luggage. The two castors are large enough to offer maximum comfort even on uneven terrain. The telescopic handle and the corner castors are available in black and also in a metal casing.
