Thanks to the thermoforming technique, the design of the case height is quite variable and can be implemented up to a total height (lid and base) of 200 mm. The hard shell cases are made of impact-resistant ABS. Foam or thermoformed inserts can be easily integrated into the case.

Design features of the Vario Case series

The attractive Vario Case series can be customised in terms of case height thanks to the thermoforming technique.

Hard-shell case made from impact-resistant ABS

6 standard sizes available with flexible case heights up to 200 mm. All-round aluminium locking profiles in silver or black.

SHINE surfaces in 6 colours and GRIP

The specially developed case surfaces Shine (in six colours) and Grip (black) are high-quality and resistant, and can be partially or fully printed.

High-quality locks and hinges

Our case locks provide reliable protection for your products. The case hinges holds the lid open at an angle of 100°.

Spring-loaded case handles and sturdy telescopic handle

With rubberised handle in five colours to match the case surface.

Minimum order quantity of 10 cases

Vario Case cases and trolleys can be ordered in quantities of 10 or more. One production sample included.

Variety thanks to the combination of seven surface colours and two profile colours

The specially developed Shine and Grip surfaces are made of high-quality ABS hard plastic. They are water-repellent and impress with their wave design.

Vario Case cases are available from an order quantity of 10 pieces per size.

Thanks to thermoforming technology, the design of the case height is flexible up to 300 mm.

The lid height ranges from min. 40 mm to max. 150 mm.
The base height can vary from 60 mm to 150 mm.

Enjoy mobility

Vario Case cases are optionally available as trolleys - with an integrated telescopic handle and functional corner castors.

The tried and tested 2-way telescopic handle from Faisst combined with the functional corner castors make your suitcase a handy piece of luggage. The two castors are large enough to offer maximum comfort even on uneven terrain. The telescopic handle and the corner castors are available in black.

The security cases from Faisst with electronic fingerprint technology enable access with your own fingerprint at a sophisticated level of security. An integrated biometric recognition system precisely identifies stored fingerprints. Access is only granted to a defined person with a stored personal fingerprint.

The digital locking system combines reliable protection against unauthorised access with convenient handling and a hard-wearing design for everyday professional use - ideal for sensitive case contents in business, industry and technology.
