Thanks to the thermoforming technique, the design of the case height is quite variable and can be implemented up to a total height (lid and base) of 200 mm. The hard shell cases are made of impact-resistant ABS. Foam or thermoformed inserts can be easily integrated into the case.

The attractive Vario Case series can be customised in terms of case height thanks to the thermoforming technique.

The specially developed Shine and Grip surfaces are made of high-quality ABS hard plastic. They are water-repellent and impress with their wave design.

Thanks to thermoforming technology, the design of the case height is flexible up to 300 mm.

The lid height ranges from min. 40 mm to max. 150 mm.
The base height can vary from 60 mm to 150 mm.

Enjoy mobility

Vario Case cases are optionally available as trolleys - with an integrated telescopic handle and functional corner castors.

The tried and tested 2-way telescopic handle from Faisst combined with the functional corner castors make your suitcase a handy piece of luggage. The two castors are large enough to offer maximum comfort even on uneven terrain. The telescopic handle and the corner castors are available in black.

The security cases from Faisst with electronic fingerprint technology enable access with your own fingerprint at a sophisticated level of security. An integrated biometric recognition system precisely identifies stored fingerprints. Access is only granted to a defined person with a stored personal fingerprint.

The digital locking system combines reliable protection against unauthorised access with convenient handling and a hard-wearing design for everyday professional use - ideal for sensitive case contents in business, industry and technology.

Which sizes and case heights are available for the Vario Case?

The Vario Case is available in three basic sizes with internal dimensions of 400 × 300 mm, 450 × 350 mm and 500 × 400 mm. Thanks to thermoforming technology, the height can be flexibly adapted to the required interior space. The lid height can be selected between 40 and 150 mm, while the base height can be chosen between 60 and 150 mm. This allows total heights of up to 300 mm. From an order quantity of 100 units, custom base dimensions can also be produced.

What distinguishes the ABS hard-shell construction of the Vario Case?

The Vario Case is made of impact-resistant ABS hard plastic, combining a sturdy hard shell with a comparatively low weight. Continuous aluminium closing profiles provide additional stability and are available in silver or black. Thanks to thermoforming technology, the case height in particular can be flexibly adapted to the contents and interior equipment. This allows the Vario Case to be configured either as a classic case or as a mobile trolley solution.

Which colours and printing options are available for the Vario Case?

The Vario Case is available with the Shine surface in six colours and the Grip surface in black. Depending on the surface, motif and number of print colours, either digital printing or screen printing can be used. Which areas of the characteristic wave design can be printed and which printing process is suitable are assessed on a project-specific basis. This allows logos, lettering and other brand elements to be implemented to suit the respective case configuration.

Which trolley and mobility solutions are available for the Vario Case?

Depending on the case size, contents and desired handling, the Vario Case can be equipped with different trolley solutions. Options include integrated telescopic handles with corner wheels as well as other trolley concepts that are also used with the Vario Case Pro. Only 360° multiwheels are not available for the Vario Case. The appropriate mobility solution is selected based on the format, contents and intended use.

Which custom inserts can be developed for a Vario Case?

The interior of the Vario Case is individually adapted to the shape, quantity and arrangement of your products. In principle, the various insert solutions offered by Faisst can be used, including milled rigid foam inserts, convoluted foam, pick-and-pluck foam, thermoformed inserts, adjustable compartment systems or multi-layer inserts. Colours, labels and logos can also be integrated. This creates an interior that securely positions the products while presenting them in a clear and organised way.

Is the Vario Case available with a fingerprint lock, and how does biometric access work?

Yes. The Vario Case can optionally be equipped with an electronic fingerprint lock. Up to five fingerprints can be stored via the biometric touch panel. Registered fingerprints open the case without entering a numerical code and without using a key in everyday operation. The integration of the lock is planned to suit the individual case configuration.

The fingerprint lock enables controlled access to the contents of the Vario Case. It can be particularly useful when only authorised persons should have direct access to products, equipment or other contents inside the case.
