Alu Design cases are optionally available as trolleys - with an integrated telescopic handle and functional corner castors.
The tried-and-tested 2-way telescopic handle from Faisst combined with the functional corner castors make your suitcase a handy piece of luggage. The two castors are large enough to offer maximum comfort even on uneven terrain. The telescopic handle and the corner castors are available in black.

Elegant Multiwheels
For easy mobility on smooth floors, we offer the trolley version with four castors that can be moved 360 degrees. You are guaranteed to move your case effortlessly.
Removable click-on trolley
The telescopic handle and wheels as an ‘all-in-one’ element can be easily attached to and removed from the case of your choice using an adapter. All you need to do is attach the adapter firmly to the case.
Practical telescopic handle
A telescopic handle mounted on the outside is particularly suitable for case solutions with a top-mounted lid. The corner castors are still integrated into the case body.

NEW: Your presentation case is so mobile with Multiwheels
The mobile alternative to standard edge wheels in the Alu Design case series are base wheels, the so-called Multiwheels. These are mounted on the base and allow the case to be moved vertically without pulling. This allows the case to be easily and flexibly turned and moved 360 degrees with one hand. These base wheels are used on relatively smooth surfaces.

Nothing is impossible. As every customer has individual requirements for their products, the cases in the Alu Design series are manufactured in individual formats and colours according to customer specifications. From a minimum quantity of 10 units, the case shell can also be selected in a wide range of RAL colours to match your corporate design. Our sales team will be happy to advise you on the various options.

Faisst security cases with electronic fingerprint locks offer keyless access at the highest level. The integrated biometric fingerprint panel for recognition completely replaces conventional keys or numerical codes – only authorised persons are granted access. How is a custom Alu Design case tailored to my products?
To create a custom Alu Design case, we first need the dimensions, weight and quantity of your products. Based on this information, we determine the appropriate case size and develop the interior from the inside out. The insert is designed so that your products are held securely, arranged clearly and can be removed easily. Depending on how the case will be used, the Alu Design can be configured as a classic carrying case or as a mobile trolley solution.
What are the advantages of the lightweight aluminium frame construction of the Alu Design for mobile use?
The Alu Design combines a lightweight aluminium frame construction with a stable design. As the construction is not made from solid material throughout, the case itself remains comparatively lightweight. This makes it easier to carry and handle, especially when the case is regularly used on the move. For additional mobility, the Alu Design can also be equipped with various trolley solutions, a telescopic handle and wheels.
Can Alu Design cases and trolleys be produced in a consistent corporate design?
Yes. Within one project, Alu Design cases and trolleys in different sizes can be combined and visually coordinated. Matching surface colours, profiles and printing create a consistent appearance. This makes it possible, for example, to use different case formats for different products or employees while maintaining a cohesive and recognisable brand design. Alu Design cases and trolleys are available as individually configured solutions.
What colours and printing options are available for the Alu Design?
The Reef surface of the Alu Design is available in six colours and can be individually customised. The aluminium profiles can also be selected in natural aluminium or black. Depending on the design, logos and lettering as well as larger or full-surface graphics can be applied. The inside of the case and the custom case insert can also be incorporated into the corporate design, customised in colour or provided with logos and product labels.
What custom inserts are available for the Alu Design?
The insert of an Alu Design case is individually adapted to the shape, quantity and arrangement of your products. In principle, the various insert solutions offered by Faisst can be used, including milled foam inserts, convoluted foam, pick-and-pluck foam, thermoformed inserts, adjustable compartment systems or multi-layer removable inserts. Colours, product labels and logos can also be incorporated. The aim is to create an interior in which the products are held securely while also being presented clearly and professionally.
Is the Alu Design available with a fingerprint lock and how does biometric access work?
Yes. The Alu Design can optionally be equipped with an electronic fingerprint lock. Up to five fingerprints can be stored via the biometric touch panel. Registered fingerprints allow the case to be opened during everyday use without entering a numerical code or using a key. The lock is integrated to suit the individual case configuration.
The fingerprint lock provides controlled access to the contents of the case. It can be used, for example, for sample cases, presentation cases or equipment cases where the contents should not be immediately accessible to everyone.
