The plastic cases from Faisst
The plastic case series combine modern design with high functionality and are specially designed for professional goods and product presentations.
Thanks to the precise thermoforming technology, the case height of the hard shell case series Vario Case and Vario Case Pro can be flexibly designed and can be realised up to a total height of 200 mm.
The robust hard-shell cases made of impact-resistant ABS plastic offer a high level of stability and are largely water-repellent thanks to their closed plastic shells. This makes them ideal for the safe transport and attractive presentation of your product range at the point of sale, at customer appointments or at trade fairs.
Customised, precisely fitting foam inserts or thermoformed inserts can be integrated for optimum product fixation. These ensure a space-saving, sales-promoting arrangement of the products and at the same time enable easy removal.
Another advantage of plastic cases is their high robustness and impact resistance. The selection of the right case model depends on the customer's specific requirements in terms of size, surface colour and interior fittings.

Plastic cases with special features
Our plastic cases are manufactured directly in our in-house production facility using a thermoforming process. This enables us to respond directly to your wishes and also to realise special sizes with the corresponding order quantity. The cases can also be designed as mobile trolleys with telescopic handles, smooth-running castors and stackable case segments.
The plastic case series Vario Case and Vario Case Pro have already proven themselves in many areas of application. The Vario Case Pro series was honoured with the iF Design Award in 2023. The other case series Air Line offers three standard sizes in silver or black as a business trolley and can be ordered directly in the shop from 1 piece.

The features of the plastic cases
The plastic cases from Faisst are available with the acrylic surfaces Shine in six selected metallic colours or optionally with the specially studded, non-slip Grip surface in black.
The specially developed case surfaces are high-quality and resistant and can be partially or fully printed.
The Vario Case and Vario Case Pro case series also offer ergonomically sprung case handles in the same wave design and colour-matched to the surfaces.
High-quality case locks and hinges ensure reliable security. Fingerprint locks with biometric fingerprint recognition and integrated TSA locks are also available on request.

After developing several prototypes in different formats, we commissioned Faisst to produce a series of 300 cases. The result is something to be proud of: A high-quality, modern case with many extras, such as a particularly wide case flap with two closing buttons, a shortened slide-in compartment for a tablet, specially manufactured hinges for silent opening and transport and a logo imprint sealed with protective lacquer on two sides. When it comes to cases, we always recommend faisst.
