Are you looking for that special "aha" effect when opening the presentation cases? You have the option of having the inside of the lid and the foam inserts printed in an attractive way. From product labelling to decorative lid motifs - everything is possible, entirely in line with your corporate design.
Foam inserts can be printed using digital printing, as can hard plastic panels, which can also be fitted with your sample devices and connected electronically.

What can be printed?
In principle, all metal, plastic or textile surfaces can be printed in one or more colours. All surfaces available from Faisst with structures such as Reef, Wave, Pearl, Grip, Shine or Surf can be printed digitally without any problems. The exception is the Phenol surface (Cargo Air case series) due to its water-repellent properties.
What colour printing is possible?
You can choose between 1 to 3-colour text or logo printing and full-surface four-colour motif printing. The printing processes used at Faisst are screen printing for logo printing and digital printing for photo printing. Our four digital printing machines allow printing in different heights and formats in brilliant print quality. Digital printing is also ideal for smaller print runs.
What is the maximum possible size?
In digital printing, print formats are possible up to
– 2,500 mm x 1,300 mm x height 50 mm or
– 600 mm x 400 mm x height 150 mm
In screen printing, logo prints are possible up to
– 300 mm x 200 mm

Which data format do I need to provide?
We accept the following data formats for production:
PDF, EPS, AI, JPG (in a printable size), PSD, TIFF
In the pre-press stage, your design is checked for printability and, if necessary, technically adapted for series production. You will receive a proof for cross-checking and approval before printing. Printing only takes place after written customer approval.
Are you not sure about the printability of your design? Submit your file to us and we will check it for feasibility. We look forward to receiving your request.
Are metallic colours or special colours possible?
Special RAL colours, fluorescent colours or metallic colours are not possible in digital printing, as this printing process is based on the CMYK Euroscale colour space. A white background is printed as a base for 4-colour printing to improve the luminosity of the colours.
Metallic colours are possible in screen printing. These have a glitter effect, but are not comparable with real metal surfaces. Special RAL colours and fluorescent colours are also possible. Faisst specialises in high-quality product processes and can offer you exclusive implementations that will set you apart from your competitors.

Are colour gradients possible?
We generally use your print file. If this contains colour gradients, the print will look exactly as you have created your photo motif. The printing results of our printing machines are amazingly colour-fast. If you are not sure, you have the option of a sample print for a basic printing fee.
Will it take longer if I want to order printing?
The time required for printing depends on the order quantity, the number of printing colours and the drying phases. Printing is carried out using high-quality printing machines, which require their own production time for precise printing. We will be happy to advise you on the time required for printing your individual order.

What about durability?
The printing is largely durable and colour-fast if the cases and pouches are used carefully. If you need additional protection for heavy use, we can also offer you a transparent protective coating. We would be happy to advise you on a case-by-case basis.
