Customised case inserts

Customised case inserts are ideal for protecting and safely transporting sensitive medical, electrical or measurement technology products.

The case insert is customised to the products and thus ensures a perfect hold. Transport cases with foam inserts not only provide protection, but also optimise the presentation of products. The food and cosmetics industry takes advantage of this opportunity and presents its products in sample cases with customised case inserts, thus ensuring a professional appearance at the point of use. As a manufacturer of case inserts, Faisst GmbH specialises primarily in foam inserts and has been producing case inserts for many decades, including for tools and jewellery. Customised case inserts, made-to-measure case inserts and made-to-measure foam inserts - Faisst is your contact!

Advantages of customised case inserts:

  • Perfect hold

  • Safe transport

  • Clear presentation

  • Representative presentation

In addition to customised aluminium cases, Faisst also manufactures matching case inserts for you. The case inserts are manufactured entirely according to your needs and requirements. You can choose between different materials, colours or finishing options.

Processing foam for inserts

Foam materials for cases can vary in quality, thickness and content depending on the requirements. The processing technology also plays an important role in choosing the right case insert. Hard foam is cut using a CNC water jet cutter. Soft foam case inserts, on the other hand, are produced by mould cutting. In practice, rigid foam in a wide variety of colours is used most frequently. Faisst offers rigid foam case inserts in colours including black, white, blue and grey.

As a rule, Faisst uses corrugated foams in the case lids so that the inside of the case is also perfectly protected against knocks or similar.

These foam variants are available from Faisst, among others:

  • Hard foam
  • Soft foam
  • LU-Foam
  • Grid foam
  • Napped foam
  • Conductive foam

After developing several prototypes in different formats, we commissioned Faisst to produce a series of 300 cases. The result is something to be proud of: A high-quality, modern case with many extras, such as a particularly wide case flap with two closing buttons, a shortened slide-in compartment for a tablet, specially manufactured hinges for silent opening and transport and a logo imprint sealed with protective lacquer on two sides. When it comes to cases, we always recommend faisst.

Wow, the delivery boxes arrived just 3 days after ordering - keep up the good work! I can only recommend Faisst as a case manufacturer. The cases look great and have a great, appealing design, just not run-of-the-mill cases. I also have to say that we received really great advice and thanks to the consultation we ended up with a different, but better, solution than originally envisaged.

Finally a manufacturer whose cases don't look like anything else on the market! Big praise also to the sales team for the intensive advice!

The new sample cases look really fantastic - our sales team is delighted and very much looking forward to the first use of the cases.
