Variety due to the combination of six surface colours and two profile colours
The specially developed Reef case surface is made of high-quality PVC film with an aluminium look. It is water-repellent, scratch-resistant and impresses with its unmistakable linear design.
Enjoy mobility
Alu Light cases are optionally available as trolleys - with an integrated telescopic handle and functional corner castors.
The tried-and-tested 3-way telescopic handle from Faisst combined with the functional corner castors make your suitcase a handy piece of luggage. The two castors are large enough to offer maximum comfort even on uneven terrain. The telescopic handle and the corner castors are available in black.

Elegant Multiwheels
For easy mobility on smooth floors, we offer the trolley version with four castors that can be moved 360 degrees. You are guaranteed to move your case effortlessly.
Removable click-on trolley
The telescopic handle and wheels as an ‘all-in-one’ element can be easily attached to and removed from the case of your choice using an adapter. All you need to do is attach the adapter firmly to the case.
Practical telescopic handle
A telescopic handle mounted on the outside is particularly suitable for case solutions with a top-mounted lid. The corner castors are still integrated into the case body.

How is a custom Alu Light case tailored to my products?
To plan a custom Alu Light case, we first need the dimensions, weight and quantity of your products. The desired arrangement and intended use are also taken into account during the planning process. Based on this information, we determine the appropriate case format and develop the interior from the inside out. The insert is designed to ensure that the products are securely positioned, clearly arranged and easy to remove. Almost any case dimensions can be implemented according to the requirements of the project.
What distinguishes the aluminium frame construction of the Alu Light with riveted metal corners?
The Alu Light combines a lightweight aluminium frame construction with stable edge profiles and durable metal corners. Each corner is secured with three externally visible rivets. The visible riveted joints emphasise the technical and clean-lined character of the series. Together with the aluminium profiles, they create a stable construction that can be individually adapted to the size, contents and desired equipment of the case.
What colours and printing options are available for the Alu Light?
The Reef surface of the Alu Light is available in six colours and can be individually customised. The aluminium profiles are available in natural aluminium or black. Depending on the design, logos and lettering as well as larger or full-surface prints are possible. The custom case insert can also be colour-coordinated and provided with product labels or logos. Additional special colours can be assessed on a project-by-project basis.
What trolley and transport solutions are available for the Alu Light?
Depending on the desired handling, the Alu Light can be equipped with various mobility solutions. Options include integrated telescopic handles with corner wheels, 360° multiwheels for smooth surfaces or a detachable click-on trolley. In principle, the different transport concepts can be combined to suit the case format, contents and desired level of convenience. This allows the mobility solution to be individually tailored to the intended use.
What custom inserts are available for the Alu Light?
The interior of the Alu Light is individually adapted to the shape, quantity and arrangement of your products. Options include milled rigid foam inserts, convoluted foam, pick-and-pluck foam, thermoformed inserts, adjustable compartment systems or multi-layer removable inserts. Colours, product labels and logos can also be integrated. The insert is designed so that the products are held securely while also being presented clearly and professionally.
