Which sizes and heights are available for the Alu Framecase Plus?
With the Alu Framecase Plus, the length and width can be flexibly adapted to the required case contents. In addition, six case heights of 80, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 mm are available. The respective height is made up of the lid height and base height. For planning, the dimensions, quantity and desired arrangement of the products as well as the intended interior equipment are taken into account. This allows the case format to be developed specifically around the required interior space.
How does the double-wall aluminium frame construction of the Alu Framecase Plus work?
In the Alu Framecase Plus, the double-wall aluminium profiles are connected at the corners using special frame connectors. These connectors function like wide connecting pins and are inserted precisely into the hollow chambers of the aluminium profiles. Depending on the case size, one or more connectors are used per corner. The connections are additionally secured. This creates a stable corner connection that supports the double-wall structure and the clean, straight-lined construction of the Alu Framecase Plus.
Can Alu Framecase Plus cases be stacked and how does the stacking function work?
es. Alu Framecase Plus cases with the same base dimensions can be stacked compactly on top of each other. The specially shaped corners provide positive-fit centring. Similar to stackable containers, the upper case is guided into position by the contour of the corners and aligned precisely on the case below. Different case heights can be combined as long as the length and width are identical.
Which technical installations can be integrated into the Alu Framecase Plus?
The Alu Framecase Plus is particularly suitable as a basis for custom technical installations because its length and width can be flexibly adapted to the components to be installed. Depending on the project, mounting plates, brackets, switches, displays, cable feed-throughs, equipment fixings, fixed internal walls or other structural elements can be integrated. The exact solution is developed from the inside out around the technical components and their intended use.
Which colours and printing options are available for the Alu Framecase Plus?
The Reef surface of the Alu Framecase Plus is available in six colours and can be printed either partially or across the full surface. The double-wall aluminium profiles are available in natural aluminium or black, while the design corners are available in matt silver or black. Logos, lettering and larger motifs can be incorporated, as can a colour-coordinated interior. This allows the case to be individually adapted to the customer’s corporate design.
Which custom inserts are available for the Alu Framecase Plus?
The insert of the Alu Framecase Plus is individually adapted to the shape, quantity, weight and arrangement of the products. Options include milled rigid foam inserts, convoluted foam, pick-and-pluck foam, thermoformed inserts, compartment systems or multi-layer and removable inserts. For technical projects, conventional inserts can also be combined with fixed installations or mounting elements. Colours, labels and logos can also be integrated into the interior.
