Declaration on accessibility

The Faisst GmbH website aims to provide the best possible variety and depth of information for all persons interested in Faisst GmbH. This also applies to people with disabilities. With this in mind, Faisst GmbH, as the operator of this website, would like to develop an appropriate offering and make the website accessible (as far as possible) in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act. This declaration on accessibility applies to the website https://www.faisst-koffer.de/

 

Status of compatibility with the requirements

These websites are largely compatible with the requirements of the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (08-2018). Faisst GmbH is endeavouring to continuously expand and improve its accessible offering.

 

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

 

1. documents integrated into the website (.pdf, .doc, etc.)

Explanation: The large number of documents provided, some of which are already older, has not yet made it possible to transfer them into an accessible format. Documents provided by third parties (e.g. other organisations, DMOs, associations, etc.) are also not accessible.

 

2. Videos integrated into the website

Explanation: It has not yet been possible to provide the videos with an audio description.

 

3. Cartography within the website

Explanation: A cartographic representation is a helpful and very useful addition to information. Cartography is essentially a pictorial representation, which therefore cannot fulfil the requirements of the BITV.

 

4. images and icons on the website

do not always have an alternative text

 

5. Configurator on the website

Explanation: The specially programmed configurator module is a helpful and very useful addition to the customised configuration of our products. Due to the complexity of the programming functionality, the configurator module does not fully meet the requirements of the BITV. We are endeavouring to improve this further.

 

6. Online shop on the website

Explanation: The specially programmed online shop is exclusively a shop for BtoB customers to order our products directly. Due to the complexity of the programming functionality, the online shop does not fully meet the requirements of the BITV. We are endeavouring to improve this further.

 

Preparation of this declaration on accessibility

The declaration is based on a self-assessment in accordance with section 4 paragraph 2, number 1 of the L-BGG Implementation Ordinance (DVO). The declaration was last reviewed on 06/06/2025.
