Presentation cases for Synflex Elektro GmbH

The product portfolio of the Blomberg-based company Synflex Elektro GmbH is very broad and ranges from punched and moulded parts to winding and enamelled copper wire for numerous technical applications in many industrial sectors. The company from the Lipper Land region turned to Faisst GmbH to optimise its field sales force. Special cases were to be developed that serve both the product presentation and the safe storage of the extensive product range. An appealing and individual design combined with high functionality was the requirement for the technical and visual realisation.

The result is a set of twelve different aluminium cases for presenting the various product groups. The cases are each equipped with special hard foam inserts in the base and lid. Matching recesses in the inserts provide optimum space and protection for the individual products. Velcro-fastened Plexiglas covers ensure that the products do not slip and can still be removed from the case if necessary.  In the end, it took a lot of precision work to fit all the products into the cases and ensure that they could be opened and closed easily - after all, a handy format had to be maintained. The concept was rounded off with a full-surface, high-resolution digital print on the top of the cases. To achieve this, twelve different print layouts were processed in Faisst GmbH's in-house printing department.

The intensive co-operation over several weeks resulted in an optimal sales aid for the sales force of Synflex Elektro GmbH. With a total print run of 600 cases, a successful project was realised for both companies.
